Questions & Answers
Q: How far are you willing to travel?
A: “We are more than happy to perform anywhere in the world as long as it is financially viable”
Q: How long are your performance times?
A: “There are no hard and fast rules but generally speaking we perform for 4 x 45 minute sets, however each client has different requirements so we often arrange performance times to suit our clients requirements”
Q: Do you require a deposit when booking?
A: “Yes a 10% booking fee is implemented upon the date being secured, this deducted from the total fee with the balance payable in cleared funds on or before the date of performance”
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: “Absolutely not, the price we quote is the price you pay.”
Q: What is a ‘Rider’?
A: “The ‘Rider’ forms the section of the contract which states whether or not the client has agreed to provide accommodation, meals, drinks and refreshments for the band, these are all agreed upon by both parties at the time of booking”
Q: Do you provide a contract for engagements?
A: Yes a contract will be sent out on receipt of booking fee
Q: Is there anything we need to do after we have secured the date with the band?
A: “Not a thing, once we have received confirmation of your event, our technical team will liaise with the venue and/or the organisers to ensure everything on our part is dealt with well in advance. You will then receive telephone confirmation in the week prior to your event, so all that is left for you to do is enjoy the show”
Q: How long do you need to set up for a show?
A: “Around 1 hour generally, however venues with difficult access or where the room is not at ground level will incur a considerable increase in time. Our setup time is always at the client's convenience"
Q: So what’s the bands recipe for staying busy and repeatedly being asked back to perform for clients?
A: “We have over the years developed a formula that works for us, In the first instance we are all full time musicians and very good friends which is a must on stage in order to perform at your best, secondly, its simple ,we love what we do."
